no sooner than

It seems that my husband consider oranges juice as mere water. Not only orange juice but mikan as water.
He never drink water. I don’t know it is because he avoids taking unboiled water or he just doesn’t like taste of water .
*No sooner do I get some mikan than he eats up.
I have to go get mikan again, that heavy stuff.

*no sooner - than ：するや否や。（倒置に注意）

夫はオレンジジュースを単なる水だと思っているらしい。
オレンジジュースだけじゃない、みかんすらもただの水だと思っているらしい。
煙草もお酒も飲まない人だから文句もいえないけれど・・・。
